Falcao has been associated with transfer rumors to Real Madrid from a pretty long period of time but was shadowed by the Blanco’s intention of signing the Liverpool star, Luis Suarez.
In the past few weeks Falcao had rejected clubs including Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham. He had also represented his intensions to join Real Madrid.

Radamel Falcao has signed for Real Madrid with an announcement set to be made after the World Cup.
But just as this news broke over the internet beIN SPORT only mentioned Falcao's transfer as a "possibility" rather than a confirmation.
Falcao could finally leave Monaco this summer. The striker could have reached an agreement with Real Madrid.

So it can be clearly considered that Falcao will be leaving Monaco and Real Madrid has the highest probability to sign him. There has been no news about Falcao moving to any other Spanish Rivals.
