A very sad Tuesday for Real Madrid fans as they begin their day with the news of Carlo Ancelotti being sacked last evening, which was revealed in the press conference held by president, Florentino Pérez.

The Italian who got Real Madrid their 23rd Copa del Rey, La Decima, UEFA Super Cup, first ever official FIFA Club World Cup and a historic 22 match winning streak, responded to this situation gracefully with no discontent whatsoever.

It was revealed that the name of the next manager will be announced within the next week. Among the pool of various managers, the club has to take the right decision to replace an iconic figure such as Carlo Ancelotti.

There are many managers that are linked to Real Madrid, namely, Rafa Benitez, Jürgen Klopp, Zinedine Zidane and Unai Emery.

But according to Carlo Ancelotti's manager, Ernesto Bronzetti , Rafa Benitez is the most talked figure to replace the Italian.

Javier Hernández to Manchester United (Loan End) from Real Madrid

Real Madrid have dropped the idea of signing a permanent deal for Javier Hernández and will return to his home club, Manchester United.

The Mexican spent most of his time in 2014 on the bench. He received only 12 starts out the 33 games that he featured in.

Real Madrid had been searching for a striker to replace Benzema during the previous transfer window. Luis Suarez was the name that the football media would chant every day, with rumors of him joining Real Madrid. After the biting incident, during the 2014 World Cup, the rumors of him joining Los Blancos slowly faded away and he eventually joined Barcelona.

At the end of the transfer window, Real Madrid had still not signed a striker and eventually signed Hernández on a 1 year loan deal with Manchester United for a transfer fee worth €2.5M.

His stats for Real Madrid for the season 2014-15:
Matches: 33
Minutes: 1451
Goals: 9
Assists: 5
